1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Return Conditions
Original Condition: The item should be free from any signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations.
Tags and Packaging: Please ensure the original tags are attached and the product is returned in its original packaging (including the satin drawstring bag).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Return Process

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges
To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size or color and returning the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
